TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome MAT Guests on Board
1:
MAT Guest must keep a sanitizer and use it often remembers to keep it within easy to reach.
2:
Guest must wear a cloth face covering or face mask.
3:
If you are ill or feeling sick like temperature, cough, sneezing or any other kind symptoms of sickness, do not join the MAT tour, stay home and stay safe and let other to be safe.
4:
If you are taking any kind of regular medicines, please bring enough of your medicine to last you for the entire trip.
5:
The members shall not indulge in any unethical activity (misbehavior with locals or other group members, use of abusive language, use of drugs etc. if any of the guest found involved in such kind of activities mentioned above may be terminated from tour without warning and will not be refunded any amount.
6:
No illegal or prohibited items will be allowed during the trip. Guests are not allowed strictly to carry any kind of weapons with them.
7:
On mountainous roads, AC of the vehicle will be on and off to keep the vehicle away from over-heating.
8:
4-5 sharing means 2-3 beds and other mattresses so you have to sleep on bed and some day on mattress with compromise with your Roommates. (During Peak days conditions may vary)

Trip Plan can be altered due to weather or political or any other reason deemed appropriate by us in the best interest of participants decided by MAT organizers and we will not be held responsible for that.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip without prior notice for any reasons deemed appropriate by us and participants will receive full refund of the advance amount only.
11:
Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of members, still each venture can be fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like Road accident, avalanches and crevasse falls or any other accidents and sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In any such type of accident during the whole tour, the MAT, group leader and the MAT will not be held responsible in any form.

In case of theft, lost or damage to personal belongings like mobile Phones/Jewelry/Purse/Laptop or any other belongings during the trip, organizers/Company will not be held responsible in any case.
13:
Customers/Clients must carry the required clothing, shoes and other equipment required as per the weather conditions and terrain which may be required during hiking and camping due to the harsh weather of the location.

Cancellation Policy:

100 % amount will be refunded in case of cancellation of the tour/trip at least 02 weeks prior to the departure of the trip/tour.
❖
Deduction of 33% amount will be applied if informed one week prior to the departure of the trip/tour.
❖
Deduction of 50% amount will be applied if informed 03 days prior to the departure of the trip/tour.
❖
No amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made by the guest 48 hours prior to the departure of the tour/trip.
❖
If a tour is rescheduled due to any circumstances mentioned in the Rescheduling Policy. 50 % booking amount will be refunded if guest is not agreeing to go for the trip as per new scheduled dates and times.
15:
MAT trips are environment friendly and no damage to the environment will be tolerated. Or MAT will cancel his/her trip at any time and drop them too.

MAT are not responsible if any point is missed due to land slide, political reason or vehicle fault. And no any refund will be made in any case

MAT trips are not insured though we exercise the utmost care & safety of all members. We will not be responsible in case of any incident(s) of unforeseen natural calamities like rock/mud sliding, avalanches, slipping/tripping, crevasse falls or any other accidents.

No conflict or violence, whether verbal or via action, is allowed during the trips. Respect different cultures, religions, code of practice, beliefs, and political & geographical affiliations. Non-compliance will be dealt strictly.

Tour Operator will give seats according to your bookings, and no one will sit according to their choice, if someone want to sit according to his/her choice he or she will pay for it, Shuffling will be made on our all trips, anyone who will sit at front will go to back too and who will at back will go to front respectively.
20:
We will provide you proper family environment so want from your side cooperation too.

If someone found doing unethical behavior on trip, MAT reserves the rights to cancel his/her trip at any time and drop them too.

Luxury Booked Air-Conditioned Transport Saloon Coaster/Grand cabin Up model.
❖
Breakfasts and Dinner (Buffet or Dine In, Live Cooking).
❖
Luxury Hotel as per guest demand or as per availability.
❖
Bone Fire with BBQ & Musically night.
❖
Photography and videos with DSLR & DRONE. (Conditional)
❖
Basic First-Aid and Tour Guidance.
❖
Extra Room is available for Couples & Families, or extra charges must be paid by the guest on the spot. (Terms & Conditions apply or charges may vary as per different conditions & Scenarios)
❖
Extra Mattress will be provided if required or depending on the availability.
❖
During the customized trips or maybe required as per the conditions of area, camping equipment like Camps, Rain coats, hiking sticks, Solar lights, Sleeping Bags, Folding Chairs & Tables, Stove, Disposable Bathroom, Hammer, or any other equipment required will be provided by the company MAT.

During Journey (MAT) Will Provide Daily news Paper, Magazine, Books, Novels.
❖
During Journey (MAT) will provide Blanket & Pillows. (Terms & Conditions Apply)
❖
For entertainment as per customer demand (MAT) will provide Ludo, Playing Cards or any other available indoor games.
❖
For entertainment as per customer demand (MAT) will provide Ludo, Playing Cards or any other available indoor games.
❖
Any kind of Tax applied by the Govt of Pakistan.

Challans

Toll Tax.

Fuel Expense.

SERVICES EXCLUDED:
MUSAFAHA ADVENTURE TOURISM (MAT) WILL NOT PROVIDE FOLLOWING SERVICES
❖
Lunch & any kind of cold drinks, water or Tea (Except MAT decided Lunch OR Tea)
❖
Serious medical condition is on your own as (MAT) will provide the basic first aid only.
❖
Any personal meal/food order.
❖
Anything that is not included in services.
❖
Tickets of Jeep, Boating, Rafting, Parks, Rides, Entrances, charges of any type. (Terms & Conditions Apply)
❖
Horses, Ponies or Poter changes for personal luggage.
❖
Extra expenses due to the acts of nature and political reasons etc.
❖
Personal Travel Insurances of client.
❖
Alternate Vehicle use in case of road blockage, medical emergency, emergency rescue or used for any other personal issue of the guest.
❖
Last Dinner during the travel.
